Our Tackle Cancer Game will be on 9/23/2017 as will be hosting St. Olaf in a conference battle. It is our hope to help the Randy Shaver Cancer Foundation by collecting donations of any size before the game and during the 2nd half!

The Minnesota Football Coaches Association has been helping the  Randy Shaver Cancer Foundation the past several years. Last season is an organization we eclipsed the $1,000,000.00 mark of total donations to Randy’s foundation.

As you know cancer afflicts many people in our community. Ninety cents of every dollar donated goes directly to the fight on cancer or to community members in need due to the effects of cancer on their families. All of the money stays in our state. The University of Minnesota and Mayo Clinic research teams have benefitted greatly for funding of their projects to help find a cure for cancer.

Schools throughout the MIAC, NSIC, and the Minnesota High Schools along with the Minnesota Vikings and the Minnesota Gophers are all conducting Tackle Cancer games.
